I am currently working as a research associate under Dr. Principe.
My Research Interests

I am interested in modeling and control of unknown nonlinear systems. During pursuing Ph.D., my work, thus, has done mostly for prediction of chaotic systems, modeling of nonlinear systems such as liquid-level plant, missiles, UAV, etc, and controller design such systems from signal-processing point of view.
Research Goals

I explore the modeling mechanism of a nonlinear system, starting with Self-Organizing Map to determine quantized representations of high dimensional data, working towards local linear models which can provide simple and accurate approximation for nonlinear system identification.
